What is your affiliation with Beauty & Essex restaurant? 

ByGoldGirl is the curating partner at all Beauty & Essex locations, we hand-select every item that is for sale in their locations. Check out the “About Us” page for more details.

I am currently eating inside the restaurant and would like to view a piece at my table, what should I do?

If the piece is in the location you’re dining at you can email Pawnshop@beautyandessex.com with the store location (NY, LA, or LV) and the specifics of the piece and the pawn attendee will have it brought to you table.

If I make a purchase online, can I have it sent to the restaurant for pick up?

Yes.  If the item is not currently at the store you would like it to be in, we can make arrangements to have it sent there and ready for pick up.

What is your affiliation with a pawnshop?

Lauren Kaminsky, owner of BYGOLDGIRL, is a 3rd generation pawnbroker and is President of EZ Pawn Corp. The two companies work closely together in sourcing and selling inventory.

Do you buy or trade in jewelry that I currently own and don’t wear anymore?

Yes, through our affiliate we can arrange for your items to be appraised for a buy or trade-in value. You can email Lauren@ezpawncorp.com to set up an appointment.

Where do the items for sale come from?

Many of our items are found by our curator, Lauren Kaminsky.  She is a 3rd generation pawnbroker and has a great eye, read all about her in the “About us” section of the website! We carry a selection of vintage, antique, costume & fine jewelry.  Unless otherwise noted, most of our items are pre-loved.

How will I know my item is real?

ByGoldGirl has a team of gemologists that work to ensure the quality of the goods for sale. If you purchased an item and are not happy with it you will have 15 days for a full refund.  We also guarantee the authenticity of all of the items sold and offer appraisals upon request that can be sent through the mail or email.

Can my item be resized?

Yes!  We want your special piece to fit perfectly. If you need to know ahead of time just contact Sales@bygoldgirl.com with any questions, otherwise you can comment in the notes of your purchase and our sales department with assist you. *additional shipping charges may apply

Is shipping free?

Shipping is not included in the cost of each item.

I see an item for sale that I love but can you send me more images?

Of course, feel free to just send us a quick email (info@bygoldgirl.com) and we will have more pictures sent directly to you!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Online orders will be shipped out according to the desired shipping method selected at check out.  All orders will be sent out for shipping on the next business day that the order was placed.  Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm EST.
